Description
The
Noveon HL™ 200 watt illuminator is an extremely high
density source designed to be used with 3M HL™ High
Luminescence Light Fiber and other solid core cables. Applications
include architectural, sign and entertainment installations
such as neon replacement and fixture down lighting. The
Noveon HL™ utilizes patented lamp and reflector technology
providing maximum light efficiencies without UV or infrared
wavelengths. Optional DMX control allows for synchronous
and remote controlled operation. Color effects are achieved
using an eight position motorized color wheel with 7 dichroic
glass filters and one open space. Safety features are thermal
cut off switch and cover cut off switch.
Environment
The
Noveon™ is designed for dry applications with the
unit mounted horizontally. An optional Rain hood is available
for protection in wet environments. The maximum operating
temperature is 120 degrees F; 48.8 degrees C. When planning
for power for the illuminator, locate the illuminator within
5 feet of the power source. Allow for a 12 inch / 304 mm
clearance for both the in-take and exhaust sides from any
surfaces to maintain proper ventilation. When mounting multiple
illuminators within close proximity, maintain a 2 foot clearance
between each illuminator. |
