Connect
the Power Supply to 1st Module Cable leads to the terminal
block and tighten screws. Run cable connector through
drilled entrance opening in channel letter, and plug it
into the primary module. The primary module serves as
the central connection point for each row/column of modules
within the letter.
Clean channel letter surfaces to remove any dirt and oil.
Peel the adhesive backing off the properly spaced modules
and apply them to the inside of your channel letter. If
the area is too dirty or bumpy for tape adhesion, use
small screws to attach modules to the base of the channel
letter.
Once all the modules have been applied, interconnect modules
with the module-to-module cables by simply plugging in
each cable connector to the appropriate
module port.
When
all modules are connected, connect power to each letter
using the letter-to-letter cables. Plug one cable connector
into the exit/last module and run the cable through the
drilled exit opening. Run the other cable connector through
the entrance opening in the next channel letter and plug
it into the primary module.
Repeat
Steps 2-4 for all channel letters.
